'Scotland to win' resolves YES if Scotland has more goals than Brazil at full-time. 'Brazil to win' resolves YES if Brazil has more goals than Scotland at full-time. 'Draw' resolves YES if both teams have the same number of goals at full-time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for resolution purposes.
