This market resolves to 'Yes' if at least one penalty kick is officially awarded by the match referee to either Spain or Belgium during the match, including regular time and any extra time periods. Penalty kicks awarded during a penalty shootout do not count. The market resolves to 'No' if no penalty kicks are awarded during regular or extra time. Resolution is based on the official match report and referee decisions as recorded by FIFA.
