If the teams are level after regulation time and the match proceeds to an additional 30-minute period, this market resolves to YES. If a winner is determined within 90 minutes, it resolves to NO.
YES wins if the match proceeds to extra time after 90 minutes of regulation play (including stoppage time) due to a level score. NO wins if either Paraguay or France wins the match during the standard 90 minutes plus stoppage time, with no extra time required.
