A penalty kick must be officially awarded by the referee during regular time or extra time (if applicable) for this market to resolve Yes. Penalties taken during a penalty shootout do not count toward resolution.
Yes: At least one penalty kick is awarded by the match referee to either France or Morocco during the match (including regular time and any extra time periods). The penalty must be officially signaled and recorded in the match statistics, regardless of whether it is converted or saved. No: No penalty kicks are awarded during the match.
