Status: resolved
Penalty kicks can decide group stage fates in an instant. Predict whether the referee will award a penalty kick to either Ghana or Cameroon during regulation time. A penalty awarded counts regardless of whether it is converted or saved.
YES wins if the referee awards at least one penalty kick to either Ghana or Cameroon during regulation time (90 minutes plus stoppage time). The penalty does not need to be scored for YES to win. NO wins if no penalty kick is awarded before the final whistle. Penalties awarded in a shootout do not count, but this is a group stage match with no shootout.
